Microgreens - Microgreen Salad Mix

Soak to Start - 6 to 12 hours. Rinse and drain

Soil -  Moisten well.  Seed 1 layer deep. Stack weighted tray on op for 3 - 5 days. Water if dry from below or mist soil from top. Cut off shoots in 9-11 days. Refrigerate,

Grow Mediums & tray with Holes - Seed 1 - 2 layers deep. Rinse or spritz twice a day till harvest. Start with a darkening covered lid. Shoots will push it off. For greener leaves & hulls to loosen, cover with plastic bag & expose to bright indirect light or the last day or two.
